The Jackson Madison County Community Anti-Drug Coalition envisions a community where public policy and spending priorities reflect a strong drug-free stance. A community where all sectors- business, religious, education, neighborhoods, families- recognize the importance of attending to the needs of our young people in order to promote their development of healthy lives.
